The Three Sisters is a rock formation, created by erosion and weathering, and towers above the Jamison Valley.Their heights range from 906m to 922m. Aboriginal dreamtime legends named the three sisters Meehni', 'Wimlah' and Gunnedoo.They were members of the Katoomba tribe living in the Jamison Valley. The legend of The Three Sisters was that they had fallen in love with the Nepean tribe, but tribal law did not allow them to marry. Their heights range from 906m to 922m.
